Adama’s Herbal Clinic
From Two TikTok Bans to 43,000+ Followers - and Clients Calling From Four Continents

Adama’s Herbal Clinic is a traditional healing practice based in Brufut Sanchaba, The Gambia, offering nature-based treatment for a range of ailments. What sets them apart: they don’t sell medicine, they treat — clients pay once for a full treatment plan, with no repeat charges. It’s a model built on trust, which made a strong, consistent online presence essential.
The Challenge
When Adama’s Herbal Clinic came to us in December 2024, they had no logo, no brand identity, and no real social media strategy. Their TikTok account had already been suspended twice for breaching community guidelines, and posting was inconsistent — leaving a genuinely differentiated healing practice invisible to the audience that needed to find it.
What We Did
We started from the ground up: designing a logo and brand guidelines that reflected the clinic’s identity, then launching fresh TikTok and Facebook accounts built the right way from day one. The clinic supplies raw video content in Wolof and Mandinka; we handle full production — editing for voice quality, sound enhancement, and on-screen text — before posting five times a week. We also run full community management across both platforms, responding to every comment and DM. Paid ads ran only in the first two months to build initial momentum; every result since has been organic.
The Results
Within the first month, TikTok reached 4,000 followers and Facebook hit 11,000. Growth hasn’t slowed since — Facebook has passed 43,000 followers and TikTok has crossed 13,000, with individual videos regularly pulling hundreds of comments and views ranging well into the tens of thousands, some topping 100,000. But the number that matters most: the clinic now takes calls non-stop from clients across the UK, the US, Europe, and Africa, with treatment delivered internationally as well as across The Gambia.

Bijilo Medical Center
80+ Applicants to One Perfect Hire: Solving a Clinic’s Urgent Staffing Gap

Bijilo Medical Center needed to fill a critical role fast: their administrative assistant was leaving, and they needed a replacement who could step into a clinical environment without a learning curve.
The Challenge
With their current assistant departing, Bijilo Medical Center faced an urgent gap. The role wasn’t a generic admin job — they needed someone who understood how a clinic actually runs, not just how to answer phones and file paperwork.
What We Did
We took the hire on end-to-end. We designed the job flyer, built a Google application form to collect and organize candidates, and ran targeted ads to get the posting in front of the right audience. As applications came in, we organized everything into a tracking spreadsheet for the client. When it came time to interview, we helped shape the interview questions and profiled each shortlisted candidate so the clinic could compare them properly. We also supported the final stretch: salary negotiation and onboarding.
The Results
The posting pulled in 80+ applicants. From that pool, the clinic shortlisted 7 candidates and ultimately hired someone with two years of clinic experience, hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks, and an HR background — exactly the profile they needed.
Very professional and efficient recruitment service!

Dear Me
One Client, Three Services, Zero Hesitation: How Fast, Quality Work Turned a Single Ask Into a Full Partnership

Dear Me is a new fashion brand — jewelry, perfume, and accessories for women — opening its doors this August 2026 from a dedicated shop. The brand is run by an owner who moved to The Gambia only a month before launch, meaning she needed to build everything from scratch with no existing network and a tight budget.
The Challenge
Dear Me came to us with one immediate need: a TikTok account, since the owner had limited social media experience and no local network to lean on. Budget was tight, and she didn’t know the Gambian market well enough to navigate signage or influencer sourcing on her own.
What We Did
We delivered the TikTok account in a single day. The client loved it — and came right back for shop signage. When that landed just as well, they returned the very same day to ask us to source a brand ambassador for them too. What started as one request turned into a full three-part engagement: a professional TikTok setup, a signage sticker matching the shop’s interior and brand guidelines, and a vetted influencer partnership suited to both budget and audience.
The Results
The TikTok account is already gaining traction before regular posting has even begun. The signage is installed and matches the brand guidelines perfectly. And Dear Me has locked in an influencer partnership with a creator who brings 8,000+ TikTok followers and 21,000+ Facebook followers, with the first shoot now underway.
Working with PREsenTz Digital Marketing Agency was an absolute game-changer for our brand. They handled the creation of our Dear Me digital page, took care of high-quality logo printing, and successfully sourced the perfect brand ambassador for us. Their team is professional, creative, and highly efficient... If you need a digital marketing agency that can deliver end-to-end results with extreme professionalism, look no further. We will definitely be working with them again!

Gambia Tech
Documenting a Nation’s Next Generation of Entrepreneurs: An 8-Month Partnership with Gambia Tech and Alliance Française de Banjul
Gambia Tech is an incubation center housed and sponsored by the French Embassy through Alliance Française de Banjul, supporting entrepreneurs with capacity building, mentorship, a workspace, and capital. We were brought on to document their Startup Edge Program — an initiative supporting 20 entrepreneurs with capacity-building support, with top performers receiving cash prizes of D200,000 toward their businesses.
The Assignment
This wasn’t a single shoot — it was full documentation of a cohort’s journey over eight months. We captured the training sessions, interviewed trainers, partners, and mentors, and recorded testimonials from the entrepreneurs themselves at two points: before the program began and after it ended, to capture the real distance traveled. In some cases that meant visiting program directors, sponsors, and coaches in their own homes to get the full picture.
The Work
Coordinating video shoots with 20 busy entrepreneurs across eight months was the real test — some required travel to their business spaces, others booked and cancelled more than once. We stayed persistent, working alongside collaborator Yasmine Visuals, until every entrepreneur’s story was properly captured. It remains the largest and most demanding project we’ve taken on to date.
The Outcome
The finished photography and video work was showcased at the program’s official closing ceremony in front of Gambia Tech leadership, sponsors, partners, the public, and the entrepreneurs themselves — a body of work that captured not just a training program, but the tangible transformation of 20 founders over eight months.
Paid Social Media Advertising & Ads Management
Gambia Youth Chamber of Commerce (GYCC)
A Year-Long Ads Partnership Behind Gambia’s Biggest Youth Entrepreneurship Chamber
The Gambia Youth Chamber of Commerce (GYCC) is the umbrella body and voice of young entrepreneurs in The Gambia, running trainings, trade fairs, and business support programs for MSMEs across the country.
The Challenge
GYCC already had a solid Facebook following and a steady stream of content, but needed each initiative — from national trade fairs to international delegations to leadership announcements — to reach the right audience on a limited advertising budget.
What We Did
We’ve served as GYCC’s dedicated ads manager for over a year, running and optimizing paid campaigns across their full calendar of activity: the National Tobaski Wanterr Trade Fair, the Youth Agribusiness & Tourism EXPO, coverage of GYCC’s trade delegation to China, and leadership announcements — including their president’s feature at the Global SME Summit 2025 in Davos, Switzerland. GYCC supplies the content; we handle strategy, targeting, and execution on every campaign.
The Results
Sustained, ongoing partnership for over a year, with campaigns consistently reaching GYCC’s target audience across major trade fairs, international events, and organizational milestones — all managed within a limited advertising budget.
Brand Identity & Merchandise Design
ABS CareGiver
Bringing a UK Homecare Brand’s Identity to Life

ABS CareGiver is a homecare venture based in the UK, founded to support elderly care in the community. The founder came to us to build a brand identity from the ground up, on the recommendation of an existing client.
What We Did
We designed the full visual identity: a logo built to convey trust and care, a flyer for outreach and marketing, and branded apparel — T-shirts and jumpers — complete with mockups, giving the founder a cohesive, professional identity to launch with across print, digital, and physical touchpoints.
Why It’s Here
This project came to us through a referral from an existing client — the kind of trust that only comes from consistently good work. It’s also a solid showcase of our range beyond social media and ads: full brand identity and apparel design, delivered end to end.

ConnectMa
From Zero to 11,000+ Views: Building The Gambia’s Most Talked-About ISP Brand

ConnectMa is an Internet Service Provider in The Gambia, standing out with dedicated point-to-point fiber connections — meaning bandwidth that isn’t shared or slowed at peak times — and a support team that’s genuinely reachable whenever a customer calls.
The Challenge
When ConnectMa came to us, their social presence was effectively dormant — no consistent content, no real audience, and no digital footprint reflecting a genuinely differentiated ISP in a competitive market.
What We Did
We took on full-service management starting with Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn — brand strategy, video production, graphic design, community management, and paid advertising, with a consistent posting schedule across every platform. Instagram was added as we grew into the renewal period, expanding the account to four platforms. We built ConnectMa’s content around what actually makes them different: dedicated bandwidth, transparent pricing, and real customer support, translated into behind-the-scenes technical content, educational posts, and brand storytelling under the “Connect with Confidence” message.
The Results
In the first three months, ConnectMa went from a dormant page to 11,000+ TikTok post views and a fast-growing follower base — a client who signed on for an initial 3-month contract and renewed for 6 more on the strength of the results. The partnership has grown since: Facebook has passed 1,000 followers, and a recent customer testimonial — from someone who’d used ConnectMa’s service for over two years — pulled in more than 9,000 views within 24 hours. Beyond the numbers, the account is now driving direct sales conversations, with people regularly commenting and messaging to ask about pricing and availability.

GSISET & OSHAssociation
Documenting a Full Day of Community Health: The OSHAssociation Walk and Health Program

GSISET (Global South Institute of Science, Engineering & Technology) and OSHAssociation are sister organizations under the same leadership. GSISET focuses on IT training, agricpreneur capacity-building (including partnerships with international organizations like IOM to boost youth-led agribusiness across rural Gambia), and professional development for public and private institutions. OSHAssociation is an NGO dedicated to health and safety at work — on land and at sea — ensuring organizations protect their employees and that individuals know their rights and how to stay safe in their environment.
The Work
In May 2026, we documented OSHAssociation’s Walk and Health Program from start to finish — a full-day community health event running 10 AM to 3:30 PM. The day brought together health institutions and practitioners offering free blood pressure and sugar level tests, physiotherapy checks, a Red Cross first aid demonstration, a mental health and coping therapy session (including Hijama), and guided yoga and gym sessions, alongside food vendors for attendees. We captured every session and delivered a full event highlight reel breaking down each activity for the organization to share and archive.
This builds on an earlier relationship: in 2024, we managed social media for the organization’s predecessor brand, Global South Career Development Academy, before it rebranded into GSISET with a sharpened focus and mission.
